Salt electrolysis

Our salt chlorinators convert salt into active chlorine to ensure clear, healthy water, whilst reducing the need to handle chemicals. The result: greater convenience, fewer hassles.

pH control

Our systems automatically analyse and adjust your pool’s pH to ensure optimal treatment efficiency and protect your equipment.

Redox control

Redox regulation enables continuous measurement of the water’s oxidation-reduction potential and precise adjustment of disinfectant injection.

Chlorine dosing

Our solutions ensure precise and safe dosing to maintain balanced water, without over-consumption of products.

At Sterilor, as with other responsible players in our sector, we place Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the heart of our strategy.

This means that, beyond manufacturing high-performance water treatment solutions, we are committed every day to operating in a more sustainable, ethical manner that respects people and the environment.

Responsible governance

We foster relationships of trust with our partners and suppliers.The vast majority of them are located close to our production sites, in order to promote short supply chains, reduce transport and support the local economy.

We ensure we provide a high-quality working environment for our employees. Regular initiatives, internal events and satisfaction surveys are carried out to measure and improve quality of life at work. This approach strengthens team cohesion and recognises everyone’s commitment.

Environmental responsibility

Eco-design is a priority for us. We develop products that are:

We also take concrete steps to reduce our environmental footprint:

· 99% of waste sorted during our production processes / 3.5 million sheets of paper saved through the digitisation of our documents

gender Equality Index

Since 1 March 2020, companies with more than 50 employees have been required to publish an index, based on four criteria, which measures the efforts of French companies in terms of equal pay between women and men.

Pool Technologie places great importance on gender equality, and we are constantly working to achieve this goal of equality in our HR policies.

We achieved an overall score of 82/100 for 2025. 

Our score of 35/40 on the indicator measuring equal pay between men and women demonstrates that a fair remuneration policy is in place within our company. We also achieved a score of 35/35 on the EGAPRO indicator measuring the gap between pay rise rates granted to women and men. 

This score demonstrates, in particular, that our pay policy ensures that pay rises are not awarded to our employees based on their gender, but rather on their performance, motivation and commitment, which contribute to the development of our business. Unfortunately, we scored 0 out of 10 regarding equal representation of both genders among the company’s 10 highest earners. We have therefore set ourselves the objective of continuing our work to harmonise the company’s highest remuneration levels. We note that for certain job categories, particularly the most senior roles such as engineers within our R&D department or field sales representatives, we unfortunately receive no applications from women… which is regrettable, as our sector is experiencing strong growth and there are plenty of opportunities!
